Let's talk smoothie bowls!
Smoothie bowls have become really popular lately, some of them look so good you wouldn't want to eat them.
So how do you make a smoothie bowl? Well It's pretty easy. You just need frozen fruit.
Smoothie bowl lovers normally use frozen bananas as their main ingredient, however you can add any frozen fruit you like. The idea is to get creative and have fun.
If you have bananas at home, put 2 or 3 in the freezer (without the peel). Then you'll have them frozen and ready to use the next day.
Besides looking beautiful, they're so healthy and a great dessert for kids.
Mermaid smoothie bowl Ingredients:
- Frozen bananas
- Matcha and spirulina
Tips:
- You'll need a blender
- Wash and cut up extra fruit, chocolate or nuts you want to add
- You're not limited to using frozen bananas, you can add some frozen strawberries, blueberries or frozen mango
