Simple Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Chocolate Avocado Mousse 7 Ingredients in this recipe 2 large avocados 1/4 cup NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE Cocoa 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 tablespoons maple syrup 1/3 cup coconut cream 150 g dark chocolate (70%), melted You can add extra grated vegan dark chocolate on top to serve Step 1 Cut the avocados in half and remove the stone. Scoop the flesh into the large food processor or bowl. Add the vanilla, cocoa powder, maple syrup and coconut cream. Process for approximately 10 seconds. Scrape down the sides and process a further 10 seconds. Step 2 Add the cooled, melted chocolate. Process for 10-15 seconds or until creamy and smooth. Spoon into serving glasses or dishes.
