2 Ingredient Healthy Pancakes! Ok, I was completely shocked when I found this incredibly easy pancake recipe. The best part is that you only need 2 ingredients!  The batter doesn't have flour to support the mixture, so you need to make a few adjustments. Follow these tips and you'll be a pro! Make the pancakes small Use a non stick frying pan Cook low and slow Use a thin spatula for flipping Blend the ingredients together with a bender  You can add 1/8 tsp of baking powder to make them fluffy  You can also get creative and add cinnamon or choc chips to the batter Basic batter:  1 large banana, mashed (should be around 1/3 to 1/2 cup when mashed) 2 eggs Instructions:  Peel and mash the banana, stir in the egg.  Heat a non stick skillet and lightly spray with oil.
